Allana was a player for Australia in the Rugby Sevens in 2013, then consecutive knee injuries forced Allana to stay off the field for many years prior to making the transition back to league. Allana made her women's debut in rugby league against Queensland in New South Wales. Allana has also added radio to her repertoire making regular appearances with the most popular Continuous Call Team on 2GB. Allana does not only a sportswoman but also a teacher with the degree of an educator is a professional with a long history outside sport. Allana Ferguson holds the rare honor of representing Australia in three sports - rugby sevens along with touch and rugby league. Allana Ferguson, a Jillaroos athlete who played the rugby league for a number of years was forced to close her playing career before the age of 25 after she tore her ACL for the fourth time. Ferguson was already tearing ligaments on her knee between 15 and 17, but following the third tear and the final tear, there was no hope for the 25-year-old.
